Room Rate Per Night including Breakfast

All our rooms are Doubles or Twins and are available for single occupancy at the prices shown above. We reserve the right to allocate Double first rooms for single occupancy. A Twin en-suite has a double and a single bed. If used as a double then Double en-suite prices apply. The exception is the Twin Standard room and has one price only - see above. By prior arrangement only. If you do not require breakfast please deduct £3.00 per per person per night. As we normally cater for guests having breakfast this arrangement must be made at booking time only.

The Dining Room

All rooms are used for single occupancy, so for instance, Room 2, a double en-suite, can be used for single occupancy at the price shown as "Single occupancy en-suite" However, please advise at booking time of your requirement as we need to organise use of our rooms efficiently. All our rooms are furnished to a high standard, make a cup of tea, settle into one of the Leather Chairs and watch the 22" flat screen digital TV with Freeview. For the ladies, you don't have to bring your own hairdryer or cotton buds - use ours! Clothes in need of a press? Don't forget to ask for the iron and ironing board to get rid of those wrinkles. Room 1

For those with difficulty with stairs then Room 1 on the ground floor, a twin with a double an single bed and accessible by wheelchair could be for you. However, please read Guest House Accessibility for this room and other rooms for a full description and please make sure your needs are known to us when booking a room as it is very important to us that we make your stay here as good as it can be!
