| Is the Athenaeum Lodge a Travel Lodge? |
A1. No, the Athenaeum Lodge is not a Travel Lodge but a Guest House on the Hoe, Plymouth, run on a Bed and Breakfast only basis. We offer you superior and personal hospitality at good rates, all the year round.
| Is there a car park available at Athenaeum Lodge Guest House? |
A2. Yes. Parking is to the rear of the Guest House accessed from Citadel Road or Crescent Avenue. We have four spaces available on a first come first served basis. Please park either in front of the red decking or down as far as possible to the side of the Guest House. If you park in the car park we will require your car keys in case we have to move your car for any reason.
On street metered parking is also available and is chargeable between 10.00 and 18.00. Instead of feeding the meter we have available for day parking Council Parking Permits at £2.00 per day. The evening hours, between 18.00 and 10.00, on street metered parking is free.

A3. Wireless(WiFi) and Broadband Internet service available at the hotel. The free use of a computer in the dinning room is also available for Internet use.
| What are the check in/check out times? |
A4. The Check in time at the Guest House is from 12.00 - 14.00 and 16.30 - 20.30 and the check out time is 10.30. However, we do have an external keybox, code operated, so anybody arriving at hours outside those mentioned above will be able to gain access to the Guest House and their room. This is by arrangement only.

A9. For boat passengers arriving at Plymouth's Ferry Terminal, we are just 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.

A10.From the A38 follow the city centre signs for 2 3/4 miles, at this point you will need to be in the left hand lane.You will approach a set of traffic lights with a left fork marked "THE BARBICAN-THE HOE-THE SEAFRONT" Take this fork and keep on the road until you come to a set of traffic lights with a pub called THE WALRUS on your left.
Turn Left here, and the Guest House is at the top of the road, on the right hand side.
